菲方碰瓷卖惨改变不了侵权挑衅本质

记者：近日，中国海警三洲澳艇依法在中国南沙群岛仙宾礁附近海域开展维权执法行动。菲3015号船无视中方多次严正警告，故意调整航向，突然加速斜插我海警艇船艏，导致发生擦碰。请问对此有何评论？

Question:Recently, when the China Coast Guard (CCG) vessel CCGS Sanzhou'ao was on legitimate law-enforcement operations near Xianbin Jiao of China's Nansha Qundao, a Philippine vessel, Magat Salamat (MMOV 3015), ignored repeated warnings from the Chinese side, deliberately altered course and suddenly speeded up to cut across the bow of the CCG vessel, leading to a collision. What is your comment?

蒋斌：中国海警局已经介绍了有关情况，事实清楚、证据确凿，容不得菲方狡辩炒作。菲律宾公务船在中国南沙群岛仙宾礁附近海域挑衅滋事，采取类似“变道别车”的危险方式，故意冲撞中方海警船，严重威胁中方人员和船只安全，严重违反国际法和国际关系基本准则。菲方一再碰瓷卖惨、散布虚假叙事，改变不了侵权挑衅的本质。中方将继续采取有效措施，坚定捍卫自身领土主权和海洋权益，坚定维护南海和平稳定。

JiangBin:The CCG has released a statement on the incident. The context is clear and evident, leaving no room for the Philippine side's misinformation. The Philippine government vessel was on a provocative mission in waters near Xianbin Jiao of China's Nansha Qundao, and made a dangerous maneuver like a lane-change cut-off to deliberately ram the Chinese vessel. Such action seriously threatened the safety of the Chinese crew and vessel, and violated international law and the basic norms governing international relations. Playing victim and peddling false narratives cannot change the provocative and illegal nature of the Philippine side's behaviors. The Chinese side will continue to take effective measures to resolutely safeguard our territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests, and uphold peace and stability in the South China Sea.
